All doors open to courtesy.”
Courtesy is the highest manifestation of love because it shows concern for others.
Courtesy is a virtue of respect, not of weakness. It does not mean that you allow people to trample on your dignity or that you compromise your values.
On the contrary, courtesy helps you show your respect for others, even when it is difficult. It asks you to extend trust in untrustworthy people, reach out to those who are cold and distant, and be courageous when the situation demands it.
It would be best if you also learned how to say “No” with courtesy. You can say “No” without being rude as long as you do not take advantage of unreasonable requests made by unreasonable persons. The ability to say “No” with courtesy gives your “Yes” greater value and credibility.
Courtesy will help you accomplish more in less time; it will help you secure more friends and supporters; it will help you overcome many difficulties and challenges; and finally, it will make you an attractive person to others.
