-Theory: Learn the etiquette of invitations, RSVPs, thank-you notes, dress codes, gift-giving and receiving, and how to be the perfect host and guest in social and business settings.
-Practice and Role-play: Put your new skills into practice with table service and settings, floral art and table setup, seating precedence, table manners, conversation and toasts, cocktails, coffee, and tea service.
